Erin Mancino was absolutely amazing to work with! She was available to us when we needed her and responded very promptly to our questions. She made this difficult process so much easier! She literally held our hands through the process which we needed and very much appreciated. She was able to sell our house in three weeks and have us in a new house (which we love) very quickly afterwards. We would strongly recommend her to those we know!

We really loved working with Erin Mancino at Century 21. She came highly recommended from a friend and it was clear she knew the local area very well. We were moving from out of state on a tight timeline - Erin lined up tons of showings for us on the couple of days were were in town and even pulled in a Century 21 colleague, Lorenda DiMeo, to help out on a day she was out of office (who we also found to be excellent). When we found the house we wanted, Erin went way above and beyond to make sure we were able to put in our offer that day. She was efficient, effective, great communication and it was even her day off! Then as we were moving through all the steps toward closing and our big move to CT, Erin became not only our agent but our relocation specialist with so many services we needed to line up. We are very grateful for her time, effort, and continuous attention to detail. We would highly recommend Erin or Lorenda to anyone!

Once again, Erin Mancino's experience and value as a realtor far surpassed my expectations. She has worked with us on many occasions and each time delivers superior service and outcomes better than I could have ever predicted. She is an asset to anyone who is fortunate enough to work with her. Everything went very smooth, very little effort needed on our part. Erin was on top of every thing and extreamely trustworthy and straight forward. I can't say enough nice things about Erin. Fantastic personality. and knows just how to work with someone with my particular personality Ann Knope was excellent and kept me informed of all the paperwork updates as they came through. Erin did a fantastic job throughout the entire process.....which was not easy being that it was a probate-involved process. Not once were there any stumbling blocks and every step of the way was made easy by Erin! I would recommend her for any type of sale or purchase.

Above and beyond Fantastic Everyone was polite and Friendly Erin was available at any time I had a ?? she is a wonderful Person and does her job very friendly and her personality are 100% WONDERFULL I had worked with Erin before she had sold a house for me on May 1st 2015 she was recommened to me by a friend . she is a wonderful person and realy gives it her all when it comes to helping her clients I moved to Florida with the idea of not coming back . I called Erin right away when we decided to come back we bought our 2nd house from her and closed on May1st 2018 exactly 3 years later . She was very helpful her Personality and her friendly way I will always call Erin when needbe I would recommened to anybody all the time it was funny because I told my nephew that I was coming back he said to me I got the right realator for you and he told me it was Erin Mancino I laughed and told him I was calling her as she had sold my house here 3yrs before
