Seller reviewWhen we arrived in New Bern over 20 years ago I (Mike) drove him nuts never satisfied with the properties he showed us. I think any other real estate salesman would have given up. We were about to submit an offer on a property we didn't really want just to get something to move into but he advised us to wait. He told us a property was coming on the market that he thought we would like. Well he was right either the next day or two we bought the property and was very happy with it as it turned out to be a great investment. He spent time showing my daughter properties one she wanted was under contract. As soon as the contract was terminated he notified my daughter that it was available and she bought it. That is attention to detail. My son drove Ernie nuts when he was in search of a house looking at numerous properties until Ernie found a house a couple of houses from my daughters. Ernie's contracting experience aids in making you aware of repairs needed and a rough cost of repairs. Ernie represented us with real estate transactions from high price houses to low priced fixer upper's and his attention to detail never waned. He is indeed our realtor for life.

Buyer reviewErnie was great to work with. The first time we talked he was able to give us information about different type of loans and how each one works. After we found the loan that was best for us he found house that worked within the loan. With not knowing the area to well Ernie put together a list of different house within our price range as well as what we wanted in a home. I didnt have to search the web for hours to find house we wanted to look at. When in came to the contract and paper work Ernie was very knowledgeable on everything. Since this was the first house my husband and I have bought Ernie took time to explain what everything was and all the steps to the process. I couldn't ask for a better person to work with.
