I came to Alaska on vacation over 40 years ago and realized I was already home. I was licensed in 1989 and have held most every office in the Kenai Peninsula Association of REALTORS®. I am also a member of the Alaska Association of REALTORS® located in Anchorage, AK and the National Association of REALTORS®. In my community, I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce and the Kenai River Rotary Club.My specialization is in Relocation, First Time Home Buyers, Recreational Properties, and Kenai River Front Properties. I also hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation and am a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute.I have received the Realtor® of the Year for the Kenai Peninsula Realtor® Association, 2005 Realt or of the Year from Freedom Realty, 2000 Dedication Award - Freedom Realty, Soldotna Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors & Scholarship Committee.

We worked with her for 2 years to find our dream house and she was always happy to drive all the way out to Nikiski to show us properties. Seller reviewEsther is very knowledgeable in all aspects of dealing with prospective buyers. She protected our interest in managing what is normal charges in selling our home. She watched very closely whatever the buyer requests additional things for us to go through the mortgage. Not so sure how it will end up without Esther protecting us from the mistakes of the buying agent. She is the right person to be in your side if you are selling and/or buying a property.
