Ethan was absolutely nothing short of impressive when it came to extremely fast responses, knowledge of every step of the process, and attention to detail on what was drawn up. During the closing process the bank ran into some technical difficulties which pushed closing and created endless issues on our end. Ethan was right there through the process and did everything in his power to get the process fixed and get us everything we needed during these issues. I have never seen a realtor go above and beyond the way Ethan has, and because of this - I will never use another realtor or recommend another realtor other than Ethan Hokel! I don't think there is another realtor that comes even close to the response time or accessibility of Ethan. It did not matter what he had going on, I ALWAYS got an immediate response and immediate results. I cannot express how amazing that is and how rare it is to find an agent that is that invested in constant communication before/during/and after the purchase.
