Ethan worked very hard for us and was always available to answer a phone call, no matter the time of day. That was fantastic for us because this was our first house that we have had to sell and didn't know everything that was going on, so we had a lot of questions. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what was going on, what was going to happen, what we needed to do, and why it needed to happen. We had accepted a job that required us to move before our property was sold. This did not stop Ethan from working hard for us, he even took extra steps to make sure we could follow through with selling our house without needing to commute back to the Des Moines area to do so, this was extremely convenient and we are extremely thankful for that. We would recommend Ethan because he is willing to put in the leg work to solve any problems that may arise quickly and effectively, he also is not going to shy away if an issue does come up. We had several issues with our property and Ethan always communicated with us what the problems were and the steps he was going to take to solve the issue. If you are someone who does not like a lot of communication and likes to be left in the dark, then I would NOT recommend Ethan Hokel to you. However, if you require an abundance of communication and want to always be made aware of what is going on and where you are in the process, then we highly recommend Ethan to you.
