When the time came to sell and find our new home, Ethan guided us to have a quick turn around being able to get our home ready to sell and listed on the market and putting an offer on our new home. Along with an multiple offers on the house we we were selling. All within the same week. We were blown away by Ethan and his teams knowledge and guidence for the Central Iowa area. 10/10.
