Buyer reviewShe definitely thinks about your needs individually which is something I really valued in her. I really enjoyed working with her. I'm really glad I choose her. I have seen a lot but, don't speak on it often but, she definitely is patient, she jumps to go over and beyond for her clients. We need more people like her in the business. What made her stand out to me was even if I had my eye on something she would always have back ups and options available to me. Even if I didn't think I'd like something we went to check it out just to be sure. She also was very good at rooting in your favor and encouragement goes a long way when it's a big life changing decision to be made.

Seller reviewGenia is amazing! She has dealt with the purchase of multiple properties for me and this was my first sale with her. She does not disappoint as a buyer or seller's broker. I highly recommend her. She was very timely on dealing with any changes related to the contracts and negotiating with buyers. Electronic signatures really helped this process. I was very pleased with her advocacy for me while being reasonable about expectations. I appreciated that she made herself knowledgeable about sales that she did not have as much experience with and used resources such as other brokers to assist in the sale. This is what sets her apart from others.

Eugenia helped me both sell my house and buy my new one which is stressful under the best conditions, but during a pandemic it increases the stress immensely. She was so caring and understanding throughout the entire process which kelp me feeling much more positive about everything. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with during such an uncertain period. There were many times I was in tears wondering if everything would work out and she was so good at reassuring me of the process and calming me down. I felt so much more at ease knowing I had Genia with me every step of the way! I will always recommend Eugenia to anyone I know looking for a realtor because she's not only extremely knowledgeable, but she truly does care.
