Her photographer took stunning listing photos that looked more like a high-end sale than a rental, which made the home really stand out. At move-in, she was impressively detail-oriented: she took thorough photos and carefully documented everything in the Move-In/Move-Out form to ensure transparency and peace of mind for both sides.
