Buyer reviewI found Yitzi's name when I was googling for a home/condo in Deerfield/Boca area. I actually tried dealing with other sales brokers and I was very disappointed. They did not focus on what was important to me and what my needs were. Then I tried again and got Yitzy Smith's name. This was a whole new experience. He worked on properties that fit my needs. He had tons of patience. He was always available, if he was busy when I called him, he made sure to call me back very soon. He addressed every question and issue and did whatever research was needed to get me answers. He was very pleasant to work with. He walked me through every step and I felt he really cared about what was important to me. GOOD JOB and I RATE YITZY A+++ He was very professional and knowledgeable and was very good at dealing with anyone involved and negotiating where necessary. He helped us with the inspection and all other aspects to enable the purchase to go smoothly What else can I say, Yitzi was a wonderful experience in every way

He took time to explain things to us, and walk us through the process as first time home buyers, He spent time with us to understand what exactly we were looking for, and then showed us a variety of homes, based on location, size and design of house.
