Vangie was so on top of everything throughout this whole process. I am a first-time home buyer, and she was always there for me to answer my questions and offer guidance whenever I had concerns. She was completely candid & honest with me in all aspects, and because of her recommendation on the offer amount (while keeping my budget in mind), I was able to be considered (and ultimately chosen) amongst 11 other offers.
