Evelyn is very polite, always honest, and goes the extra mile. Her wealth of real estate knowledge is overwhelming and is such an asset to have on your side. I truly, I mean truly, relied on Evelyn to help me and "have my back" in the buying process. She was amazing! I strongly recommend her! It was an outstanding experience. I feel truly blessed to have Evelyn as my agent.

Seller reviewDue to us being out of towners and my husband's health, Evelyn Hitch was willing to assist us with keeping the home smelling good, moving heavy items out of the AL. home and drove to Pensacola to get the paper work in progress following weather of snow and ice. Evelyn on all instances took this on her own to do these items without our asking. In knowing Evelyn in our short time, I am sure there is even more that I failed to mention or that she did without our knowledge because she goes out of her way to provide excellent service.

Buyer reviewEvelyn was highly recommended by my father who had done business with her in the past. She has a wealth of experience and has a good grasp of the local and surrounding communities and what they have to offer. She was also referred by others in my community. Evelyn asked for my wish list at the very beginning of the process. She understood my situation and stayed true to my needs. She provided listings and showed me houses that reflected what I was looking for. She "knew" neighborhoods that I would or wouldn't be comfortable in. Evelyn guided me through the process starting with with the pre-approval application, property inspections, offer, etc. she is extremely knowledgeable of the local and surrounding areas and even showed me a couple of short cuts saving me time and traffic. She also has a vast amount of contacts and information regarding local businesses and locations. Evelyn is just a great overall person with a great sense of humor...and common sense. She really takes the time to make you feel like you're the only one or that you are at the top of her list!!! Century 21 has a great reputation...nation wide. Living in California and Texas for the last 50 years, I've had good experiences and know others that had positive feedback as well. If you're looking for a new home, you better be ready to move...fast!
