We 1st worked with Fadia in 2017 in the sale of our home in Detroit, MI. Fadia was very crucial in the sale of the property as she was working with an inexperienced agent on the buyer's side. Fadia informed us of local schools in the area for our son, which was of great importance to us There is major housing developments being built in our area, and she also let us know about the major accessibility to major shopping and groceries about town. We as buyers had many questions, and Fadia was always there to answer any questions we had. She always called us back, when she was unable to answer right away. Her patience was admirable! Fadia went above and beyond. Though we were anxious, she always kept professional and was very understanding. She was on top of things and worked very hard. My families experience was wonderful!! There were times that were very tiring and challenging for me and my husband. Though we went through trying times, Fadia was very encouraging and always stayed positive. When we sign for our home Tuesday next week as Thanksgiving is around the corner, it's going to be a happy and sad day because it'll be like loosing a friend. Her current and future clients should feel extremely lucky, because she always gives 100% and doesn't stop fighting until everyone is happy.
