We loved working with Fortune! She made the whole scary process of buying our first home so smooth and easy, explaining everything we were concerned about, helping with all the questions we had, and just walking us through every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!!!

I have delt with many realtors in my life and Fortune is hands down my favorite. She has a good relationship with my wife and I and we feel very comfortable with her handling our transactions. She is very good.

We had been gone from the area for several years and had decided to move back. Even though we were familiar with the area, we were still uncertain as to what part of the area we were interested in. Fortune found us several desirable homes in good locations that gave us some good choices. I think that when we made the final decision that she seemed as excited as we were. During the negotiations she kept us informed at all times. We didn't have to sit around and wonder what was going on, which can be frustrating, we knew what was happening as soon as she did. This made the process go so much smoother. Fortune got us into our home in record time. We had sold our previous home and were staying with relatives and were anxious to find a home and get settled. She knew we were anxious to get in and helped speed up the process, even we were surprised on how quickly she made the deal happen. Very thankful for what she did. We had complete confidence and trust with Fortune during the whole process and would highly recommend her to family and friends. We feel that after the buying process that we have a new friend in Fortune. She also expressed that if we have any questions in the future that she would there for us. We believe!
