Seller reviewFran knew the Sun Air Estates with all the HOA restrictions and requirements. It was a great experience working with Fran. Any questions or doubts we had, she helped us along the way. We listed our property, it was showed during the same day and we had contracts that evening. Since we were moving back to NJ, and leaving prior to closing, Fran arranged for us to sign the needed paperwork, with a notary. She led us through the inspections, which were necessary . We are happy to have been her clients. THANK YOU, Fran, for all your work. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone that is hesitant signing a contract with Fran at Century 21 Arizona Foothills. Fran made it seem like we were her only clients, although we were one of many.

She answered all the questions to where I could understand and if she didn't know the answer, she'd take the time to research and get back with an answer. With I living in another state, an email, phone call or a text is how I communicated with her. She would go beyond my expectations. It was a privilege working with her and appreciated all that she done to make this sale. If I could rate her, I would give her a "10" or "5 ?".
