We needed someone we can trust and we found that Ms. Herrera-Bosque not only was trustworthy but competent and reliable. She made this purchase very easy and comfortable. We were very comfortable with all the processes and documents. In meetings, emails, and texts messages, Ms. Herrera-Bosque's thorough knowledge and explanation made us feel very comfortable. A very good communicator. And again, competent, dependable, and trustworthy. Received prompt answers to our questions and concerns in spite of the fact that we asked them over the 4th of July holiday and she was out of town. Her responses to our questions were prompt and clear. She is truly dedicated and dependable. This is our third experience buying property. The very first agent in 1988 was let go as we were very uncomfortable with her NOT answering our questions and NOT knowing our requirements and needs. This time, we had a great experience purchasing this property with Ms. Herrera-Bosque.
