We have dealt with Frank many times and he is hands down the BEST agent! Not only is he a pleasure to deal with but he always goes above and beyond to make sure that the purchase or sale is seamless by being very engaged and keeping his clients up to date in an extremely timely fashion. I've never seen any agent be so knowledgeable about everything related to a purchase or sale and even things that you maybe wouldn't expect an agent to know. Most importantly, he doesn't just care about his commission like most agents, he makes sure that the client is happy with their purchase or sale and that speaks to the type of person he is. It's always a pleasure doing business with Frank and hope to do many more purchases with him!

As far as finances, money, papers to sign, emails to answers; Frank was on top of it all. .No detail slipped by him, and he was patient with my wife and I going through the process. There were nights where we called late, after our kids went down, and he gave us all the time we needed for questions. He made it very easy to ask questions, and always broke them down in a way my wife and I were could understand. Knowledgeable, patient, honest. Frank wasn't trying to make a sale to make a quick commission. He wanted us to choose the right house. I believe we did. My brother used Frank a few years back while buying in Kearny and when I was looking, he told me to use Frank. I listened to the recommendation and i am very happy that I did. Frank is every one of those adjectives, and he excels at all of them. Frank was an awesome realtor. He was genuine. He did not come off as gimmicky or slimy as some in sales do, never talked over our heads about issues, and always broke down our questions to simple answers so we as novices in house hunting could understand. I never felt like I was bothering Frank when texting him about a potential house or asking a question. His patience with us was also clearly genuine. I believe Frank had our best interest at heart, and no one will change my mind on that. I would be repeating myself to let you know how great Frank made the house hunting and house-buying experience. I feel fortunate that he was my realtor.

Frank was great to deal with. He kept me in the loop on everything and was always easy to get in touch with. This was important because we were out of state. We were initially referred to Frank Riposta 3 years ago. In the last 3 years we have worked with Frank 3 times. Frank was our agent for the sale of two homes and the purchase of one home. After the experience we had with Frank 3 years ago, there was no need to look elsewhere for any other agent. Frank is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of sales and is a stickler for details, leaving nothing out. Frank works diligently to get the best results for his clients. Frank helped me every step of the way. He hand delivered documents, he recommended the loan officer, and lawyer that I chose, as well as the insurance agency. I would have been lost without him. He helped me navigate the whole home buying experience. Frank believed in me, and I am grateful for his support. I would recommend him to anyone buying in the area, wholeheartedly. He is still checking on me and giving me contacts for home improvements and repairs. He was sincere and friendly. I didn't feel any pressure to do anything. This was the second home that Frank helped me to sell in Kearny in the past 6 months in my role as an Executor of my Uncle's estate. Thankfully, my Uncle had worked with Frank previously in selling and buying homes in Kearny, and made it clear to me that I should work with Frank, when it came time to sell his two homes. Although I did not know Frank until several months ago, within a short period of time, I felt like I was working with an old and trusted friend. Frank is extremely knowledgeable about the local Kearny real estate market in normal times, but the advice and help that he provided to us in selling 2 homes during a pandemic and all of the challenges the pandemic presents in respect to selling a home and getting to the closing date, was unbelievable. As an example, I live 60 miles from Kearny, and Frank was always willing to take care of any local meetings, appointments or home inspections for us, so that I did not need to make the trip. No matter what was needed, Frank was always willing to be there or take care of for us. I have been extremely pleased with the sale prices of the two homes, and most importantly, the constant and proactive communications that we received from Frank throughout the sales process. The pandemic certainly slowed things down at the banks, and Frank has great connections with many local banks, attorney's, and was always able to provide more detailed and accurate insight and timelines for us.
