Buyer reviewWhat I liked about frank, was that I thought I was calling him to interview him to see if it was a fit, but he was so energetic and proactive that by the end of the conversation he was already planning on sending me things to look at. I felt like the decision to work with him had just been automatically made. Frank took an incredibly complex, stressful, time-consuming process and broke it down for my wife and me during one of the busiest times of our lives. He took care of all the details for us and walked us through it teaching us all along the way. Loved working with Karla Guevara as well, so helpful, and kept us calm through a stressful process. She's very personable and helped Taylor the search process to meet our personalities. And she checked up on us on a regular basis to keep us from getting Vives down for the complexity of the process.

Seller reviewI used Frank Riposta for the sale of my late mother's house. Frank seemed realistic about the potential for the sale of the 140 year old house. I live 300 miles from Kearny and Frank was extremely helpful in completing the sale. Frank went above and beyond to set up contractors, meeting with contractors, handling the necessary paperwork with the town. He was patient with me in answering any questions I had. He was in constant contact with me either by phone, email or text every step of the way. Frank should be a role model for any sales associate. I can't think of anything additional he could have done for this sale.
