I was originally set up with Fran through Veterans United, and from the very beginning she was very eager to get us into the house we wanted, and for the price we wanted. When we had complications along the way, she took care of them immediately and ensured our interests as her first priority. I would highly recommend Fran in the future as she is truly one of the best! I'll be sure to work with her again in the future when the time comes!

She worked with me to get a good value on the home as well negotiated the repairs requested by the buyer. She found a reasonably priced contractor to conduct the repairs. Fran was real nice and great at communication. Will recommend!

She sold me this property back in 1996 and when the time came to sell the property in 2020 (24 years later) she helped me prep the property, put it on the market and get a signed offer within two weeks of the property being listed for sale.
