Seller reviewI met Gail through my partner who used Gail as his realtor when buying his home in Spring Hill. I was told that she was very professional and easy to work with. From the moment I met her until the closing on my property, every interaction, whether online via email or in person, was very positive and very professional. Gail was great at answering any questions we had, and I was very impressed by the quick responses to any and all of our concerns. Nancy will help you navigate the market and paperwork from beginning to end! Also, the Century 21 Gail sells Florida homes website is very helpful with their recommended vendors. Everyone from the carpet cleaner to the plumber have been terrific. I know you'll love working with Nancy Brunette, we sure did!

I appreciate the time this Team took to make the website user friendly so a buyer and seller can view important information such as recent area sales dates, length of time a home is/was on the market and the percentage of list price to actual sales price. I worked with Gail Spada. My experience with her was awesome. The sales process and closing was seamless. She always kept me informed of everything that was going on up to and on the closing date which was very helpful. When I found Gail on her website, what drew me in was the professional way everything was set up. Once we met, I knew within minutes she was the Agent I wanted to work with and her Team was who I wanted to list my house! Gail is very knowledgeable, professional and has a great personality. She made me feel like the sale of my home was important to her and it showed during the sales process.
