Buyer reviewEven though Nancy was handling multiple clients simultaneously, we always felt she was on top of our search/purchase. She was always timely in her response and was thorough in her communications with us, regardless of day/time. Nancy made sure we were looking at all important considerations, never telling us which way to decide. She really had our back and followed through when issues with the home we were purchasing arose. Nancy worked very closely with all parties involved in the process from the sellers' agent, our mortgage company, the inspectors, our insurance company, and title company. Even with the minor bumps we encountered, she made it as smooth as possible thanks to her attention to all the details. We are already sharing our great experience with family & friends!
