I was new to the area, and canvassed the area exstensively the first two months of the year. If I was going to live in Spring Hill, it had to be Silverthorn. I called Gail, she gave me to Nancy, I had not talked to either. The other realtor I was working with, liked Seven Hills, I didnt. Nancy kept sending me listings, so I called her. If it had not been for Nancy, I would not be in the home, and community I am in today. Thank you so much Nancy, for working so hard to make this possible.

Nancy Brunette is a ROCK STAR!!!! I purchased this particular property to flip. Two weeks after I closed on it, tore out the carpet and kitchen, Nancy brought a prospective customer through it and sold it for full ask. My wife and I are amazed with Nancy's ability to do a deal like this when the purchaser didn't even get to see the final product but trusted us to deliver a beautiful remodeled villa for his residence!!!
