Seller reviewGary was very patient and helpful during the entire process of selling my home. He answered all of my questions promptly regardless of the time of day or night. He made himself readily available when I was not able to be present for inspections, c/o, etc. which allowed me to not have to take time off of work or make arrangements. He is very genuine, I highly recommend him and appreciate all that he has done.

Seller reviewWithout doubt Gary Huizenga is the best and most knowledgable real estate broker in Ocean Grove. I actually think is the official Mayor of Ocean Grove because he knows everybody and is well-respected by all. One could not ask for a better realtor. Gary is honest, ethical, empathetic, patient and kind. His depth of knowledge of Ocean Grove properties and of their history is encyclopedic. I consider him a good friend and will miss seeing him on a regular basis. Century 21 is a wonderful agency. I have dealt with the agency since 2006 and have nothing but high praise. I have bought/sold several properties in the US and abroad and Century 21 Coastal is, without any doubt, the best agency I have ever worked with.
