Buyer reviewWhen we first met with Gary, he was very comfortable for us to sit and talk with and really seemed to be ready and willing to help us. He was prepared when we met at his office and was on time. We had a rather difficult situation with trying to purchase property from my husband's parents. He had so much information and advise that the transaction went really smooth. He was recommended to us by a friend, and we couldn't be more pleased. When we are ready to sell and purchase again, Gary will be the 1st person that we call! Thank you Gary for everything!

Seller reviewGary is the best real estate agent we have ever had. First he marketed our property as a whole and then creatively strategized selling it as two tax lots for significantly more. He worked diligently researching county records for water rights, easements and boundaries to accurately market the property. He saved us dozens of hours of time and thousands of dollars of costs through his consistent efforts wearing several hats acting as an agent, a land consultant, a surveyor and a lawyer. He is also easy to work with and really knows the area and how to market our property to get top dollar. He literally sold our property for 33% more than other agents! Thanks to Gary, we have been able realize our dream of relocating close to our children and grand children - he has been a real blessing to our lives. Seller reviewWe originally selected Grant Pencile of Harris & Taylor as Grant is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce. Grant was retiring so he introduced us to Gary Luckin and we went from there. The property is undeveloped in a rural area so we thought it best to use a male broker to show the property. Gary went way beyond our expectations! He thoroughly researched this property as it has quite a long history of trying to develop it, complying with State regulations & measures, complying with county development & zone change codes, etc. He marketed it brilliantly and hung in there with counter offer after counter offer. We have been blessed to have Gary represent us in this sale, which led us to where we now call him a dear friend. We will recommend him to anyone we know who is buying or selling property in the area. We were very impressed with Gary's performance in all of the above qualities of Gary as a professional and as person. You have a WINNER on your team! The sale took a lot less time than what we expected. There were a couple of offers prior to the sale that Gary dealt with to determine if they were serious or not. Again,he did his homework on researching the history of this property and it paid off for both him and us.

Buyer reviewHe answered phone calls AND TEXTS. I am a millennial and I prefer texting. A lot of the generation above me cannot seem to grasp that, and likely miss sales because of it.
