Seller reviewIn addition to being very knowledgeable about real estate, Gary is one of the nicest people I've ever met. I had dealt with him a few years ago when purchasing property. Out of 5 or 6 realtors I contacted he was the only one to call me back and he worked very hard to help me find the property that was right for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for real estate in Hernando County.

He has knowledge of the area and its history and was able to work with local surveyors and attorneys to rectify issues with easements. He was patient and able to handle the minutiae to see the deal through. His assistant April was also instrumental in pulling things together and making sure everything was done properly. Highly recommend Gary for anything in the Brooksville area, particularly land or rural property.

Although other real estate agents posses the same Florida Real Estate license a commercial transaction requires specific local working knowledge. There is more to staying local then just a slogan. Knowing the county like the back of your hand and knowing where and how to achieve your goal is the mission. In addition to Gary's 35 years of working experience, he attended years of commercial & investment training classes and posses a CCIM designation. Very few Realtors Nationwide have earned this degree.
