We had been considering listing with another broker and just happened to meet Gary at an Open House he was hosting. My wife and I were immediately impressed with his knowledge of the area (he's a lifelong resident of Middletown), his knowledge of the current housing market, and his proven track helping people buy and sell homes in the greater Middletown area. The other thing we noted is that this is Gary's career, not just something he does in his spare time. That knowledge and commitment were demonstrated repeatedly during our home sale process, and we can't thank Gary enough for his dedication and attention to detail. I've been a life long resident of Middletown and was familiar with Gary Thompson's name. After reading his reviews and recent sales my wife and I contacted him regarding the sale of our home. Arranged inspections and generally handled the details that can hinder the sale of a home. He responded quickly to questions and always maintained a professional pleasant attitude.
