I have been a full time Realtor since November of 2011 and have been a Relocation Specialist with Century 21 Goodyear Green since 2012. My husband and I have proudly raised our children in Oklahoma to become successful young adults. I am honored to be able to relocate families that serve our military. Seller reviewGayla Robinson was amazing! She went above and beyond on every aspect of the sale. I was worried about having to sell a home after I had already moved out of state, but Gayla made the process go smooth and easy. After hearing about some of my friends in the area struggling to sell their homes, I knew I wanted someone that was hands on and aggressive and she delivered! Thanks to her prep work and referrals, it took just one day on the market to sell my home :)

Seller reviewWe wanted someone who was very willing to work with us and also be very patient with us. Again, she went above and beyond to help us anyway she could. Gayla went above and beyond helping us to sell our house. My husband's and my health haven't been very good for the last couple of years and Gayla did every thing she possibly could to make it easier for us. Everyone was always friendly and so helpful.

Seller reviewGayla Robinson helped my wife and I find our current house that we now live in and she was amazing throughout. The excellent communication and ability to work with the buyer was top notch. When we put in an offer there were 2 other contingent offers on the table but Gayla worked so quickly that we eventually ended up winning the house with our offer. Because of the great experience I had with buying our home it was only natural to ask Gayla to help me sale my house that had already been on the market for 6 months. When she agreed and did the initial walkthrough, she instantly pointed out about 8 different things that needed attention and fixing in order to get updated pictures that stand out. Her attention to detail and experience with knowing what would sell really helped me to sell my house. For 6 months prior to using Gayla, my house sat and never received any improvement recommendations from the previous realtor on how to sell it quicker. Gayla came in and we made the recommended changes, took new pictures, and relisted the house and it sold in half the time! She constantly called me when she heard something new and even staged the house with her own furniture! She went above and beyond to sell my house for me and when it comes time to sell/buy again we will definitely be reaching out to Gayla Robinson!

Seller reviewAny questions we had Gayla had answers and if she didn't got back to us quickly. Gayla was up on pricing and knew the area. Couldn't ask for anyone better. She was totally up on everything and we understood everything she talked about including plane simple English to us. When we called Century 21 Goodyear Green and asked for Gayla we were told if she was busy and we left messages and everyone was very friendly. Not only would we use Gayla again (which we love our new home and location so not moving again. Husband would kill me. LOL) but I have passed around her business cards.
