Seller reviewGayle is an expert at selling condos at lansdiwne woods. She is also very realistic about the competition and the economics of selling a place where many comprable units exist. My parents are 88 and 89. They didn't have the time to wait around for their desired price!

Seller reviewThis is our third transaction with Gayle and I cannot say enough about her! She is incredibly professional and she really knows the market. We bought our new home prior to selling the one that we were living in so there was some stress on our part to get our home sold quickly. Gayle was very confident that we would sell quickly and I am amazed at just how fast that happened! We had a "coming soon" sign for about a month before we moved out and while we were having our home painted and re-carpeted -once the For Sale sign went up, we had traffic and an offer a day later. We closed about 30 days after our home went on the market. Gayle is awesome and we have already been recommending her to other friends and family!
