Genna Irby did an outstanding job! We have our forever home now because of her. I have not one single complaint about Genna. She is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and if she couldn't, she found someone who could. She had worked with my wife and I when we relocated from Pensacola, Florida to Biloxi, MS in 2017. She oversaw all aspects of the sale of the home, kept me updated frequently She would explain financial and contractual processes in simple, lay terms. She would keep me updated as to where things stood, what she had done and timelines for completions of tasks. Ms Genna Irby's tasks were considerable, given that she was our agent for both the sale of our house in Biloxi, MS and also for the home purchase in Gulfport, MS, both on the same date. She was with us the entire way and the processes were made smoother by her work. The housing transition became much less stressful as a result. Her organizational skills and timeliness were above the norm. her follow-through was a major contributing factor.
