Personal Profile
Geoff Bowlsby has lived in Washington all his life and his love for the Tri-Cities is undeniable. Although he appreciates many things about the Tri-Cities his favorite is the river. In the summers you can find him wake-surfing with his wife and two children on the Columbia.
Geoff's fondness for Washington only compliments his career as a Real Estate agent. He started his career in 1992 with his father who had his own real estate office. Geoff has a passion for helping people find their dream home and the experience to know that people's dreams change, and he is there to help them find their next dream home as well. Geoff brings years of Real Estate experience in residential, farms, multi-family and commercial real estate to his clients.

He was meticulous with the details of our home to the delight of my very detailed wife. The process was quick and professional. We closed the house with keys within a month and got a home that had equity in it with an incredible location. What impressed me was when he came to meet us for the keys he not only gave us generous housewarming gifts for us and the kids but stayed and helped us unloaded our moving van. Completely sweating, he offered to have us over to enjoy his pool and stay connected if we needed anything. Truly amazing.

He kept up on the market and kept me informed. Geoff Bowlsby helped us sell 2 homes and we are under contract on a commercial property. We would use him again if we sell any more properties. The staff was great and the moving credits are a great perk!
