Seller reviewI met with Geoff Leach a few weeks prior to the active listing of the house. He gave me a list of things that he felt needed to be done prior to listing and I believe his suggestions were spot on. We also reviewed the market analysis he prepared and we completely agreed on the listing price. Once he felt the house was ready to actively list there were multiple showings and offers began coming in within a few days. The house had a full price sale pending in only 5 days, which is exactly what Geoff Leach had predicted. I was VERY impressed! I was so very impressed with Geoff Leach that I have already referred him to 2 other friends who expect to be selling their homes within the next 6 months.
