He was selling my mother's townhouse and on a whim I asked him if there were any properties for sale that he knew of with very vague criteria. Not only did he say he had the perfect house for us to look at. That Tuesday evening we look at the house, took another look 36 hours later and had a purchase offer in by Thursday noon! He not only understood the assignment perfectly, he executed on it like no other. I cannot say enough about how thoroughly amazing he was throughout this process - not only buying this house but also in my mother's property as well which should be closing shortly. George excels at communication, attention to detail, and executing every step of the way. He made the process so easy and painless and did all the heavy lifting to make our dream house come true.
