George made what could have been a confusing and stressful process, simple and effortless for us. When we initially sat down with George to discuss listing our property, we already knew we'd be working with him. We expected it to be a lot of work. We were beyond impressed with George's knowledge and professionalism. We quickly realized that we had nothing to worry about as he walked us through exactly what we needed to do and what we could expect throughout every step of the process. George did exactly what he said he would do with great quality and on time. Once we completed the few recommended repairs, all we had to do was get out of the way for a weekend and let him do his thing. We returned on a Monday and George presented us with offers. We chose one, signed the contract and started packing. George stayed engaged and on top of everything with excellent communication through to closing. The fact that George is my Brother has no bearing on this review. This is the first time I've sold a house and have not previously had an opportunity to experience George as a customer. The Tucci Family reputation and my conversations with George Jr made it easy to choose Tucci Realty. George Jr was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in the local area that Barb and I were interested in and he was an extremely strong negotiator. George Jr was extremely and professionally patient with Barb and I as we were buying a home from Arizona and didn't have the ability to personally visit the home that we fell in love with over the internet. We had literally hundreds of questions and he answered them all with knowledge of the Jamesville/Pompey area. He also performed a facetime virtual tour that was above and beyond. All our dealings with Century 21 Tucci Realty were nothing but professional, polite, and knowledgeable. George Jr had the complete knowledge of the area that we were interested in and was able to navigate any and all hurdles that came our way. Just simply well done.

We bought our first home from George in 2015 and have worked with him ever since! George is fast to respond and willing to show us anything - which I can imagine gets very annoying :-) but, if it was, he never showed it!

This was very important to me as I do not live in NY State, and as executrix of my mom's estate, I needed to get her home quickly listed. George came highly recommended by my mom's estate attorney plus I checked with friends in the area who said he was excellent. George is a very kind and compassionate man and a good listener. We met with him only days after my mom's death. He was sensitive to the rawness of our emotions, while still helping us move forward with the listing. George proposed a rather gutsy strategy that produced great results. I placed my complete trust in his knowledge of the Syracuse market and he certainly delivered great results. We had a no contingency contract in less than 6 days (with 11 to choose from)!!!! George helped us navigate the sale of the house during a very difficult time for our family. We had terrific results.
