I would like to recommend Gerald Cibulski to anyone needing to sell their home. He is a true professional. Not in it just for the "Sale", he truly cares about you, wants you to be happy. Gerald "Jerry" had taken amazing photos of my home, that showed each room, and how special certain areas were for the right buyer. Jerry stayed in contact with me constantly, throughout the entire process. He updated me with the good & bad. Once you sit with him, you will feel the same, he is a kind, honest person. He met with me occasionally, took the time to explain why certain buyers were not interested, however he also used a simple technique to show me all offers on the table, since he knew I was overwhelmed. He knows the market, he has a list of many buyers, and understands their needs and wants. He is really good at what he does. Jerry was a true professional from start to finish, making the whole process easy, with his calming demeanor, he kept me positive. He himself is a positive individual, and assured me that it was all going to work out. At times we would just have a conversation, about my crazy day, or maybe about his growing up, and he would make me laugh. You will like working with Jerry to sell your home.
