When we stopped in at the Century 21 Albertson Realty, the first person that we me was Jerry Cibulski. At that particular time it was six to eight months before we were ready to put our house up for sale. Even knowing that we were not ready to put our house on the market yet, Jerry immediately launched into a mode of showing us comps, some marketing techniques, and just clear expertise with a unique enthusiasm in his his line of work. Besides the fact that he's a walking encyclopedia of everything North Fork, Jerry's also incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate business and has a love for his job that only makes the house hunting experience that much more positive.
