When we call Gerrie to schedule a showing, she gets back to us right away. If it is a new listing, more than half the time we are the first potential buyers walking through that house. We can always count on her to have the backstory of the home she is showing us as well. Her local knowledge is always unprescendated and extremely useful in helping us decide if we want to move forward with placing an offer. Unlike other agents we have used in the past, she has never forced us into a decision we were not comfortable with. When we do want to move forward on a house, she is always quick to make sure our offer is in right away and usually the first that the seller sees. Once our offer has been accepted, she is in constant communication with us as well as the seller/sellers agent to make sure things go smoothly and keep things on track.
