I think the survey speaks for itself. I don't usually do comments on surveys. But I will say that I feel I could not have gone through the sale/purchasing process with confidence that all was being handled properly if anyone but Gerry was handling it.

Geraldine was very professional, listened to what we wanted to do with the house as far as price and was in agreement. We learned about her history from her with an excellent record of sales and was very qualified for the job. She walked us through the whole process, kept us informed at all times what was happening (when the house was listed, people viewing the house, offers that came in, asked if we had questions, answered them and let us know she was doing all she could for us. We were extremely happy working with her. We have asked and received her business cards as I would like to share these with my neighbors where I sold my house and current neighbors and friends. Our house sold for $ 150,000. She treated us as though our home was a million dollar sale!!! She watched the house go past what we had originally asked for the house as bids came in. She surpassed any other real estate people we had originally talked to. We were very impressed.

Gerri was very pro-active in marketing the house and keeping us informed of the status. If only she could find a way to control the weather in the Buffalo area! We are very pleased with her efforts on our part.

I would recommend Geraldine to friends and family for sure. She was awesome.

It's a rarity for businesses to go the extra mile and work after hours. Erin and the entire team - Gerri, Century 21 staff, legal team Todd Gagliardi, Paralegal Block, Longo, LaMarca & Brzezinski, P.C., Premiere Mortgage team - were, as Tina Turner would say, "simply the best."

Gerrie has always gone above and beyond for us. She connects you with the appropriate parties and takes all the legwork out the equation. It is truly a pleasure working with Gerrie and we couldn't have done it without her!
