Five years ago I found Geraldine Andolina searching for top realtors in New York. I was very impressed with her professionalism, how broadly she advertised her listings and how clearly she explained every step of the process. Unfortunately I took some bad advice and decided to rent the property instead of selling, at that time. Five years later when my tenants unexpectedly moved out, I contacted Geraldine Andolina again.The house was left in really bad condition but fortunately for me she agreed to work with me. Because of her expertise she knew what needed to be done prior to listing. I was an out of state seller (living in Virginia) with no contacts still in New York. Gerri was able to recommend an exceptional contractor who was able to do a lot of repairs for a very reasonable price. Which resulted in a listing price, that was much higher than I expected. Within two weeks of listing I had two offers! And my house sold for the listing price! The whole process was faster than what I anticipated. I could not say enough about how respectfully I was treated. I'm aware that Geraldine handles more expensive listings than mine but I never felt like the sale of my house was any less important than any of her others. She also made sure I knew she was available and that if I called and left a message she would return it ASAP. I think she is a great communicator. I highly recommend Geraldine Andolina because she is professional, respectful and clearly understands the market and how to broadly advertise on multiple sites.
