After meeting Gerry, I knew she was the right person for the job because she understood my requirements and she really knows the area We ended up changing our requirements after we started understanding the nature of the area. Gerry began showing us much better houses and when we finally found the house we purchased, she got all the work done to purchase the property quickly and without any problems. She even helped get a price reduction on new property which is very unusual Perfect person for the job and we still see Gerry after the fact as a friend now. I would refer her to anyone who asked The lady at the reception desk was very warm, friendly, and professional This is the 5th house I have purchased in my life and it was the easiest and least complicated thanks to Gerry. Gerry was also extremely helpful regarding living in the Cortez area and what we needed to do to prepare for winter, good places to shop, and good restaurants.
