Ghada helped me buy a comdominium in Sterling Heights. She was extremely helpful. I purchased the condo remotely living in a different state. When house-hunting, Ghada went out of the way several times in order to minimize my travel from Indiana to Michigan. I saved the hassle of at least 2 round trips to Michigan because she assessed 4 properties on my behalf sending me their videos, facts and expert recommendations.She went to several condos and sent me videos of the properties that I expressed interest in. She was also unbiased and factual in giving me information about properties. The sellers of the home that I purchased did not repair a faucet that I had requested during close-out inspection. Ghada went out of her way and brought along her husband to help me repair the faucet. One cannot really ask for more. For a sustained period of 3 months, Ghada has replied to each and every text message of mine without delays or annoyance.I appreciate her cool temparament. She also helped me get a good price for my home. OVerall, I am extremely satisfied with the way Ghada guided me to buying a house. I would rate her a 10 on 10.She is clearly an asset for Century21.
