Her energy and enthusiasm and can-do attitude were all bonuses on top of her overall excellent real estate expertise. In our case she represented both the buyer and the seller, and I think she handled that dual role with honesty and integrity. She also assisted in locating a staging company which proved quite valuable in the showing of the home. One challenge in the process was due to our being unavailable for the house closing; Gina and here team made the closing effortless in spite of our absence.

She was right there for us whenever we needed her, from helping us out the night before closing finishing packing and cleaning, to the following day with moving into the new house. She was fun to work with has lots of knowledge in the moving business as well as knowing people in the area that were of help in making our move less stressful. Buyer reviewWe met Gina McAndrews at an Open House when we first started looking at houses in Ames. She was very friendly and asked us what we were looking for in a house. Then she forwarded us information about houses we might be interested in looking at. Gina always seemed to listen to what we wanted and was never pushy in making a sell. Once we found the house we wanted Gina took care of everything in a timely manner for us. Plus she made it easy to work from a distance. Easy to contact with immediate feedback if we did have questions or concerns. Gina went above and beyond for us. She was always willing to make contacts for us to view homes when we were searching so we could view several houses on one day since we were coming from out of town. Gina really helped us by recommending an electrician, plumber, and Drywall contractor so we could make other home improvements at our new home. She was always honest in giving us feedback.
