Gina successfully sold our home when we moved from Ames a few years ago so she was the obvious choice to represent us when we re-entered the Ames market as buyers. We were living out of state and made several trips to Ames on very short notice to view new listings. Gina managed our chaotic schedule like a master, and always with a smile and that great sense of humor. Despite our very short window of availability, we were able to see multiple properties on each visit. She was patient and cheerful as our search dragged on looking for our perfect home. When we found that house, Gina made it very easy for us as out of state buyers. We adore our new home and we adore Gina.

We already knew Gina so it seemed natural we would choose her to help us in finding a home. Gina was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions and comments regarding the homes we had considered. We relied heavily on her suggestions when it came to negotiating the price of the home we chose. Had it not been for her, we may not have chosen the home we fell in love with and purchased. Transactions were prompt and smooth. She stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process, never once being overly attentive or pushy. Gina is a personal friend of ours. We did not hesitate to use her based on our previous personal experience. She maintained a good balance of friendship and professionalism. Never once, was it awkward working with her as a friend or professional. She goes above and beyond for her clients, extending a hand to help move, suggesting resourceful references and being appropriately attentive to our needs and questions. She added an element of joy during the process through her upbeat attitude and humor. She even went so far as to help us clean our home a bit!
