She understood my situation and was patient while I worked through the emotions. She was not only a realtor but became a friend. Since that time we have purchased two more houses with Gina's assistance. Each time we were buying with special circumstances. The first house was a relocation through the DOT so there was extra work on her part to coordinate with our relocator. The second purchase was a home for a person with special needs. Once again, she was very helpful and understood our situation. We are appreciative of Gina's knowledge and experience.
