I was dividing a property and didn't realize what all was involved in dividing a property to sell... Gina McAndrews knew everything that needed to be done and was my spokesman through all the meetings that I was not able to attend... Gina McAndrews understood a very sensitive situation that was going on in my family and was extremely diligent to help me reach my goals... She was all about helping me in the most convenient way to accomplish my goal to sell my property without any stress... I plan on selling the other part of my property within the next couple years and I already plan on having Gina help me with that as well... Gina's honesty as well as her knowledge compassion and work ethic has made this transaction seamless... Without her ability this could have been a nightmare but she knew exactly what she was doing... In my opinion her commission should be higher than what she received... After my experience working with Gina McAndrews and Century 21 I know I made the best decision I could have made

Gina made the first contact with us, as she walked in our neighborhood seeking a home such as ours for a buyer. She then met with us several times, had many good ideas for how to improve our property and make it show better. She "hung with us", as it was at least a year and a half before we finally made the decision to sell. She was consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and just did a great job for us. We had several other realtors we know and could have gone with, but Gina was the most helpful, the most involved, the most interested in us.
