Gina worked hard and traveled slot of miles to work with potential buyers an zoning commission an my lawyers. She spent a lot of hours on the phone talking with mining companys in surrounding area. She had to deal with unhappy selfish neighbors but thru it all her determination got the job done.

From the time that Gina was introduced to me in 2011, she has always sent me information on the houses that meet my criteria and always followed up with me to find out if I am ready to begin the process of purchasing a house. She also cares to find out how I am doing and kept in touch. When I made a decision to buy I house, she was the first person I thought of her and I never hesitated in selecting her because I felt comfortable dealign with her. GIne did an excellent job in getting me the house I needed, explaining to me what was expected of me, negotiating a good deal for me (the sellers were very tough), Gina negotiation very hard for me, including working round the clock literary (she negotiated into very late at night) to make sure I got a good deal, She did a good job of making sure I was able to identify areas to lay emphasis on when it came to inspections. She showed me houses that I had not even thought were within my financial reach. She was just awesome and O loved working with her. Very nice person, extremely patient, knowledgeable and what she did not know she sent me to the right person to get my answers, she know everyone in the field and knew exactly where to send me to get what I wanted if she couldn't provide it.
