I was given Gina's name from a mutual acquaintance. She told me Gina has been selling homes as a full time agent and was All-in when it came to selling. I interviewed a total of three realtors before making a selection. Gina did her homework, showed up very prepared and eager to get to started on selling my property. The primary differentiators in selecting her was her quick responsiveness to all my communications including calls, texts and emails. We had 8 offers after listing and showing the property for only 2 days. Mrs Roquet is a good worker always on time. The best thing I was impressed about her she drives by the houses,and checks out the house to see if it is good to live in or not.
