Seller reviewWe needed someone who understood the unique property we had...and who saw the same value in it that we did. Gina just got it and was impressively experienced with selling properties for owners who were no longer local, like we weren't, as well as knowledgeable about the market in our area. She didn't waste time on frivolous, outdated marketing techniques, but was savvy and up-to-date on the best ways to connect with potential homebuyers. She came highly recommended to us from close friends who've worked with her on multiple investment properties, and she more than lived up to her reputation. Seriously, she's the best. She was incredibly responsive and helpful - her tips on how best to stage the house were invaluable. Since we were out of town she made sure she had the contact information for our groundskeeper and house cleaner, just in case anything came up. She not only has an eye for detail but also is focused on the bigger picture as well. She's a superstar as far as we're concerned. It couldn't have gone more smoothly, thanks to Gina!!
