Seller reviewAfter several falls, had to make the hard decision to sell my mother's place and move her closer to family. Gina was patient and very understanding when it came to my mother's concerns about selling - the emotional rollercoaster she was on. Took the time to explain the sales process, how long it could take and what to expect. Little did we know the listing barely made the office sheets before it was sold! Inspection, appraisal, and final closing was quick and smooth. We as a family would highly recommend Gina Yiannatji.
