Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers we didn't know much about the process. Gina came highly recommended from a close friend, we didn't consider any other brokers in our home buying process. Gina was incredibly helpful in working around our schedule in order to show us homes. She had great knowledge of the homes and neighborhoods she was showing us, and answered all of our questions promptly. We needed to move quickly when it came time to offer, and Gina was available immediately to help. Her attention to detail in the contract handling was very much appreciated, especially when we needed explanations or had questions about specifics. We couldn't have asked for a better agent, and if we could give her higher than excellent ratings we would. Gina was incredibly patient with us and all of our questions throughout the process of buying our first home. She was available by phone whenever was needed, and even by text or email while we were at work. She listened to us and everything we wanted, and really worked to help us. There were a couple bumps in the road during the home buying process (as there always are) and Gina went above and beyond to help us. It truly felt like we had another mom looking out for us. We are so happy we were able to work with Gina, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Gina made buying a home for the first time a lot of fun. She was truly an advocate for us, and pretty much held our hand when we needed it. She took so much upon herself to help us, and it really made the whole process a lot more relaxed and straightforward. Overall it was a great experience and we are so thrilled with our new home. Seller reviewGina has a very good reputation, she knew my neighbor. She was highly recommended. Gina was involved in every aspect, her meticulous attention to detail was impressive. I would use her again, and or recommend her to a freind. I met Gina the day she came to see my house. I had one problem, this was with zillow, when i spoke to Gina about pictures not being on web page , Gina fixed as fast as zillow allowed. I did speak with oher broker, he was extremely professional.
