Seller reviewFrom day 1, Ginger was prepared with data about the local markets; she understood comps, adjustments and what potential buyers were looking for. She was methodical and meticulous which really helped us through closing processes as my wife and I had to move for new jobs prior to selling the house. She listened to our needs and offered thoughtful counsel whenever we talked about technical issues or general next steps. She was there to help us with the managing people coming in and out. I cannot say enough about her, except that we will return in the future and we will use her again.

From creating a buyers portal account all the way to closing, she was there with us every step of the way. we were up past midnight on the day we had our offer accepted working on the contract and never once did we feel like a bother to her. The weekly updates are great in keeping us informed on how far along we are in the purchase process.
