Seller reviewWe were given 2 people to meet with and choose from in the USAA program. Ginger was immediate in her first contact and went above and beyond to start the information process and had answers for many questions we had. She was also the first one to set a time to meet, in person. She was prompt, well-prepared, was extremely knowledgeable in the relocation process, honest and informative. Without even meeting with the other broker, we knew she would be the choice. Compared to the other broker's first contact, which was just that. A contact, quick call to set up a meeting and nothing more. Meeting him, he was not prepared, barely had gotten anything together, not very informative and it was an easy "no".

We knew this would be a tall order and were hopeful, but realistic about being able to close just over a month after our first (and only) weekend viewing properties. Ginger was phenomenal she really understood our vision and limitations ( my husband was being medically retired from the military due to injuries). She let us know about the area, gave us great insights into the buying process, and did a phenomenal job looking out for us!
