We called two other agents at Remax of Higgins Lake before contacting Ginny. My first call went to Diane Babcock and she never called me back. So the second call went to Gerry Beckman at the same office. He answered and asked me to email him the 4 properties we were interested in seeing. About 30 minutes later he called me back and said he was just too busy to help me out. So I did another Google search and found Ginny Frydrych. I called her and she picked up right away and told me that she would be happy to help. I sent her the 4 addresses we wanted to see and we set up a time to meet her. This was on Labor Day. We looked at the 4 homes and asked Ginny to submit our offer on one of them which she submitted the same day.
